Eva Prokofiev, Founder & CEO of EPCYBER
Former Israeli Military Intelligence Officer of the Special Operations Division with over 15 years of experience in OSINT, Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI), and intelligence collection in complex and sensitive ecosystems. Eva has trained European defense contractors, NATO-aligned agencies, and intelligence teams across the EU and broader Western presence. She brings deep field experience in China OSINT, Dark Web Intelligence, and advanced threat detection, having also consulted for Fortune 500 companies and international organizations.
An Oxford University Executive Leadership graduate (top honors), she earned her Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) certification at the age of 22. Her skill set spans OSINT, IMINT, SOCMINT, GEOINT, CTI, and Penetration Testing, with a focus on bridging critical intelligence gaps that EU governments, financial institutions, and private sector actors face in high-risk environments.
Eva’s research and methods have been cited by the Israel Defense Magazine, U.S. Army War College, and various European think tanks. She actively develops advanced OSINT and CTI methodologies for navigating the Chinese digital landscape, and she continues to train European military units, intelligence officers, and corporate security leaders across the continent.
Now based in Europe, Eva has a growing client base in France, Italy, and the European region, delivering high-impact, intelligence-led solutions and trainings tailored to regional challenges in cybersecurity, disinformation, and cyber threats.
Eva’s work is shaping intelligence and cybersecurity practices across Europe and beyond, helping allied nations anticipate and counter emerging digital threats with precision and agility.

A proud veteran of the elite Israel Defense Forces (IDF), David has honed advanced skills in operational self-defense, women’s self-defense training, combat tactics for security professionals, precision combat shooting, and executive protection—both armed and unarmed.
He holds multiple prestigious certifications in the security field, including instructional diplomas in self-defense and women’s self-defense tactics from an Israeli organization officially recognized by the Israeli Ministry of Defense. Further solidifying his expertise, David earned a degree in Counter-terrorism Studies from the American Military University (AMU), underscoring his dedication to staying at the forefront of global security and defense strategies.
