You will first receive a payment confirmation email.

We then follow up with providing a view-only sample portion of the content to your email — you must confirm you see the sample file so that we can ensure your email address is accurate.

Once confirmed, you will receive full view-only access to the materials for the duration of your course.
We send sample content and communication to the same email address used during the payment process (from PayPal).

After confirming receipt of the sample material, you may request to move access to a different email address of your choice.

Any actions — such as changing the email address or requesting a payment receipt — must be initiated and communicated from the email address used for the original purchase.
This ensures proper documentation, transparency, and tracking of all requests.
Our training relies on third-party software or platforms (such as Google Drive or similar tools) to deliver content. In rare cases, technical issues may occur from those apps that affect viewing PDF files or videos. If you experience any problems, email us immediately — we'll resolve it for you as soon as possible.
Access days lost due to third-party platform outages beyond our control do not automatically extend the access period, though we may offer extensions at our discretion.

All materials are presented in PDF format (with exception to where we have video lessons available, if stated on course page).

The access period is counted in calendar days, including weekends and public holidays. For example, a 30-day access period refers to 30 consecutive days, not business days. If you purchased a course on the 1st of June, access closes on the 1st of July.

View-Only Access
As noted on each course page, access to our training materials is time-limited. Depending on the course, this may be 30 days or up to 6 months. During this period, you have full view-only access to the content for the duration of your learning journey — once the access period ends, that access is revoked.
This means that by design, materials cannot be downloaded or saved locally on your host.
Certificates are available upon request and can be issued at any time — simply let us know when you're ready to receive yours.

Live Zoom sessions are conducted on a face-to-face basis only. Exceptions are made exclusively for active government, federal, intelligence agencies, and military personnel. Students from such organizations can have only a black screen on for privacy reasons.

China OSINT Advanced, China OSINT Master, and Dark Web Advanced each include a set number of live Zoom lessons as part of the course — the exact amount is specified on each respective course page.
Note: For smaller trainings such as China OSINT Essentials, live Zoom sessions become available when the course is purchased for a team of 3 or more.
Prohibited Reproduction
Each access is unique, and since all course materials are provided on a view-only basis. You may not download, print, screenshot, screen-record, photograph, copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the content in any form — whether privately or publicly, and whether for personal or commercial purposes.
Any attempt to capture or extract course materials is a direct violation of these terms and will result in immediate access termination with no refund.

If we find that you violate these terms we may take the following actions:
You may request a cancellation within 30 days of your purchase, if no content — including the sample portion — has been delivered.
Once any part of the course is sent, we consider your access as having started, and unfortunately, refunds are not possible.

Refund Specifics
Your access period begins from the date materials are first delivered to you (unless a delayed start has been agreed upon in writing).

We do not send reminders or advance warnings before your access window closes. It is your sole responsibility to track your access period and plan your study time accordingly.

At any point during your access period, you're welcome to reach out and we'll be happy to let you know exactly how much access time you have remaining.

No extensions will be granted due to unused time or failure to monitor the expiry date, except at our sole discretion (exception case by case).
We collect only the information necessary to process your purchase and deliver course materials — this includes your email address and, where applicable, your professional affiliation for verification purposes. We do not sell, share, or distribute your personal data to third parties.

The world of OSINT moves fast (especially in such an ecosystem as China)— links change, platforms update, and techniques evolve. While we put significant effort into keeping our materials current, we cannot guarantee that every link, tool, or method referenced in the training will work at the time of your access or thereafter.

What we do guarantee is the framework. Our training is designed to build your independent ability to navigate, adapt, identify alternatives, and develop your own sources — a skill set we refer to as source development. The goal is for you to leave with the thinking and the practical skills, not just the steps.

From time to time, we release content upgrades to our courses. Purchasing a course does not automatically entitle you to future upgrades or updated versions released after your purchase. Whether a previous student receives access to new content is determined entirely at our discretion, on a case-by-case basis (or unless specified in written communication or agreed upon that an update will be provided).

Based on our own internal decision, we may provide gifts in the form free of cost additional publications, content from other trainings, or what we see fit to your development of skills in your current program.
Complimentary content upgrades or gifts are provided at our sole discretion and may be revoked at any time without notice. Gifted content carries no additional rights beyond those of the original purchase.

EXAM: There is no formal exam at the end of the training. Instead, your learning is validated through a hands-on, practical approach, which we believe is far more effective than any traditional test.
Throughout the course, you'll be expected to replicate and practice each method, technique, and strategy covered in the slides. The real "test" is your ability to apply what you've learned in real-world scenarios.
This means following along with the demonstrations, reproducing the steps on your own, and building confidence through repetition and experimentation = trying new things using the same methods.
We firmly believe that hands-on practice is the best way to truly internalize these skills, much more so than memorizing answers for a written exam or practicing just one specific chain of investigation in an exam.
