By purchasing any course from us, you agree to the terms below.
To take the course, you must:
After purchase:
1. You first will receive a payment confirmation email
2. If you made a purchase and by chance skipped the terms — don’t worry. We’ll send you the full terms after payment confirmation.
You’ll need to confirm the following via email before we begin sending you access to the materials:
"I confirm that I have read, understood, and agreed to the full course terms provided by EPCYBER (epcyber.com), and I am ready to receive full access."
This step ensures everything is clear and documented before your course begins.
3. We send you a sample portion of the content to your email, you must confirm you see the sample file so that we can ensure your email address is accurate.
4. Once confirmed, you will receive full access to the materials for the duration of your course.
Please note: we send sample content and communication to the same email address that was used during the payment process (from PayPal).
After confirming receipt of the sample material via the email used during purchase, you may request to move it to a different email address of your choice. Access to previous email address will be revoked.
Any actions — such as changing the email address or requesting a payment receipt — must be initiated and communicated from the email address used for the original purchase. This ensures proper documentation and tracking of all requests.
Our training relies on third-party software or platforms (such as Google or similar tools) to deliver content. In rare cases, technical issues may occur that affect access to PDF files or videos. If you experience any problems, just email us immediately —we’ll resolve it for you as soon as possible.
Courses can be purchased:
Using PayPal, and for large organizations only we may provide Wire Transfer.
You may use only 'Gmail' email address to access course content specifically, for anything else like payment and contact - you may use any email.
If you are a company, and wish to buy a course for your employee, simply complete the purchase, and send us an email requesting access for your employee.
All materials are delivered in PDF format (with exception to where we have video lessons available, if stated on course page).
Access is linked to one email address only = one purchase = one student. You may not use multiple personal email addresses, as this would be considered multiple accesses to potential third parties.
The access period is counted in calendar days, including weekends and public holidays. For example, a 20-day access period refers to 20 consecutive days, not business days. For example: you purchased a course on the 1st of June, we close access on the 21st of June.
For a period of 2 years you are not granted the right to copy, screenshot, photograph, summarize, or reproduce the content in any form — whether in whole or in part, besides your own educational progress and skill development purposes.
Certificates are available upon request and can be issued at any time — simply let us know when you're ready to receive yours.
If You Violate the Terms
We may take the following actions:
Refunds and Cancellations
You may request a cancellation within 30 days of your purchase, if no content — including the sample portion — has been delivered.
Once any part of the course is sent, we consider your access as having started, and unfortunately, refunds are not possible.
Refund Specifics
PayPal payments: From 3.4% to 5.4% transaction fee is not refundable (based on amount paid)
Wire transfers: Any bank fees charged during the transfer are not refundable.
You decide when to receive your materials.
If you're traveling, unavailable, or planning to begin later, let us know at the time of purchase. We’re happy to delay the delivery until a time that works for you — nothing is sent without your confirmation.
