Eligibility Policy

EPCYBER trains intelligence professionals, defense and government personnel, security researchers, and corporate teams responsible for understanding adversary ecosystems. We take seriously who we train and why.

The work we teach — China-focused OSINT, methodology, and access tradecraft — exists because the West needs it. The structural visibility gap between China's understanding of Western institutions and the West's understanding of China is the strategic problem of our era. Our training is built to close that gap, for the people whose job it is to do exactly that.

This policy exists to be transparent about who we serve, how we verify, and what we will not do. We believe trust is a precondition for serious work in this field, and trust starts with clarity.

• Defense contractors and government services firms supporting Western missions
• Fortune 500 corporate intelligence, threat intelligence, and compliance teams
• Independent security researchers and analysts working in adjacent professional capacities
• Academic and think tank professionals in national security, foreign policy, and related fields
• Other personnel in similar categories, roles, or lines of work

For most enrollments, standard corporate or official email verification is sufficient. We confirm employer, role, and professional context as part of admission for our advanced and master programs.

In some cases — depending on the applicant's country of operation, employer, or stated use case — we require additional context before approving enrollment. 

We may request additional verification, references, or context from applicants where the trainee's institutional context, jurisdiction, or stated use case requires additional review or where the methodology we teach could be applied in ways inconsistent with our mission or terms. 

EPCYBER complies fully with US, EU, UK, and international sanctions regimes. We do not provide training, services, or access to individuals or entities subject to sanctions or embargoes administered by the relevant authorities.

EPCYBER training is delivered exclusively through our own EPCYBER Training Platform, under individual credentials issued by us to verified students. We do not license our content for delivery through external Learning Management Systems, corporate training platforms, any third-party hosting environment or company. We do not provide content in formats designed for offline distribution or internal corporate replication.
