Live bypass: QCC.com & Tianyancha
Why a VPN alone will not reach QCC.com or Tianyancha, and what an unedited live run at both actually looks like.
QCC.com and Tianyancha are the two platforms every China corporate investigation runs through. They are also two of the hardest to reach from outside the mainland.
Both block foreign traffic — not with a simple geo-fence you can step around, but with DPI and infrastructure-level filtering. It is the reason a VPN alone does not solve this. You connect, and you still get the wall.
In this session we go at it live. No edits, no prepared result — the platforms as they actually behave, and the route through them.
This is one of the methods covered in depth across the China OSINT programs. If you want the full treatment — the reasoning, the failure cases, and what to do when a route stops working — that is what the trainings are for.
What to take away
- QCC and Tianyancha carry most China corporate investigation, and are among the hardest platforms to reach from outside the mainland.
- The block is DPI and infrastructure-level filtering rather than a simple geo-fence, which is why connecting through a VPN still lands you at the wall.
- The session runs live with no edits, so the failure states are visible alongside the route that works.
