A new dark web Genesis Market, and a new leaks search engine

A new Genesis Market has surfaced. So has a new leaks search engine. Both are still early in development — which is the only time they're interesting.

How do you get to be first?

New search engines, new tools, new resources — malware and ransomware infrastructure included — all of it appears somewhere before it appears everywhere. Finding it at that stage isn't luck, and it isn't a feed. It's a skill, and it's one every OSINT and CTI practitioner should have.
